What can i do if Philz doesnt recognize my old backups of CWM?

If you cant restore your old backups of CWM first off, goto "Backup & Restore" then make a backup of your current ROM, then find the path of the new backup. Now move your old backup to that path.

What can i do if Philz doesnt recognize my old backups of TWRP?

If you want to restore or make TWRP backups, go to "Backup & Restore" then "Misc Nandroid Settings" and mark TWRP option. Now, make a backup of your current ROM, find the path of that new backup and move your old backups right tbere. Congrats!
